Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Professional registration as a Pr. Eng. with ECSA is mandatory.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering design and project management, with at least 4 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, such as road networks, water reticulation, or wastewater treatment plants, preferably within Tembisa, Gauteng.
• Strong understanding of South African civil engineering standards and municipal requirements.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
• Proficiency in civil engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley) and project management tools.
• Experience with environmental impact assessments and sustainable design principles.
