Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management within infrastructure or construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional registration with a relevant body (e.g., ECSA) is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing projects valued in the tens or hundreds of millions of Rand.
• Expertise in contract negotiation and administration.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and relevant engineering tools.
• Ability to work on-site and manage teams in the field.
