Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in childcare, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and educational philosophies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in child assessment tools and documentation.
• Ability to balance on-site leadership with administrative responsibilities in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of childcare educators, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
• Develop, implement, and oversee a high-quality play-based curriculum across developmental domains.
• Conduct regular observations and assessments of children's progress, documenting findings and preparing reports.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment with compliance to health and safety regs.
• Build strong relationships with parents and engage them in the child's educational journey.
