You will observe progress, document interests, and communicate effectively with parents/guardians while collaborating with a supportive team committed to a center that prioritizes community

Qualifications

• Relevant ECD qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience with young children in educational settings.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and observational skills.
• Patient, creative, and passionate about early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Create a safe, stimulating, inclusive learning environment.
• Observe and document each child's progress and needs; communicate with parents.
