This senior role demands exceptional technical expertise in chemical process design, simulation, and scale-up, with a strong focus on innovative and sustainable solutions. You will be responsible for leading the conceptualization and detailed design of new chemical processes and the optimization of existing ones, driving projects from initial feasibility studies through to detailed engineering packages. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in chemical process design and engineering.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex chemical process design projects.
• Extensive experience with process simulation and design software.
• Deep understanding of unit operations, thermodynamics, and reaction kinetics.
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations relevant to the chemical industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in a consulting or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) environment is a plus.
