Placements24 seeks an experienced Lead Business Analyst in Cape Town to drive business process analysis and strategic improvements. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translate complex requirements into actionable plans, and lead scope definition and elicitation for key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in lead/senior capacity.
• Strong BPMN understanding and requirements management skills.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient stakeholder management and cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis for key projects with stakeholders at all levels.
• Create detailed business process models, use cases, and functional specs for current and future states.
• Facilitate workshops to elicit and validate stakeholder requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with development and QA to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
• Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to BA practice improvements.
