The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software and at least 3 years in blockchain, with strong Solidity/Ethereum experience and a passion for innovating Web3 applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain development.
• Proficiency in smart contract languages such as Solidity and experience with Ethereum-based development.
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, cryptography, and consensus protocols.
• Experience with Web3 development tools and frameworks (Hardhat, Truffle, Ethers.js).
• Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and managing project lifecycles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
