About the Role

Our client, a pioneering fintech company, is seeking an exceptional Lead Blockchain Developer to spearhead their decentralized finance initiatives. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust blockchain solutions, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps) that will redefine the future of financial services. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable and secure blockchain platforms and applications.
• Develop and deploy smart contracts on various blockchain networks (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Solana) using languages like Solidity.
• Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) and integrate them with existing systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
• Ensure the security, performance, and efficiency of blockchain solutions through rigorous testing and code reviews.
• Stay at the forefront of blockchain technology trends, identifying and evaluating new tools and protocols.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Contribute to the company's overall technology strategy and roadmap.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused specifically on blockchain development.
• Proficiency in smart contract development (e.g., Solidity) and experience with major blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum).
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography.
• Experience with front-end development frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) for dApp integration.
• Familiarity with Web3 libraries (e.g., Web3.js, Ethers.js).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead a remote team effectively.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
