Placements24 is seeking a Lead Blockchain Developer for a fully remote role with a global DeFi team. You will design, build, and deploy scalable smart contracts across Ethereum, BSC, and Polygon, guiding the engineering group and setting technical direction.

You’ll mentor engineers, collaborate with product managers, and shape the roadmap while enjoying equity, strong compensation, and a flexible remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development with at least 3 years in blockchain.
• Deep expertise in designing and developing smart contracts (Solidity).
• Strong knowledge of blockchain architecture, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms.
• Proficiency in backend languages (Node.js, Python, Go).
• Experience with dApps, distributed ledgers, Git, and Agile.
