Job summary

Eastern Personnel Consultants in Centurion, Gauteng, is seeking an experienced Lead BI Developer to drive BI system development, data architecture, and analytics. You will lead data pipelines in Azure, develop dashboards, and translate data into strategic insights for complex projects.

Required KPIs include 5–15 years in BI/Data roles, strong Python/R, and expertise in MS SQL/NoSQL, Azure Data Lake, and Power BI. Office-based role with provident fund and a December bonus offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Systems or related quantitative field.
• 5 to 15 years of hands-on BI/Data development experience.
• Leadership/lead developer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and scale BI systems and tools.
• Oversee data warehouse design and end-to-end pipelines in Azure.
• Use Python/R and MS SQL/NoSQL to transform and analyze data.
• Deliver high-impact BI reports and dashboards.
• Model data relationships and map integrations using Azure services.
