Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Information Systems or related quantitative field.
• 5–15 years of hands-on BI/Lead Developer experience.
• Master level in Python and R.
• Exceptional skills in MS SQL and NoSQL environments.
• Solid expertise in Data Warehouse Design and Azure Data Lake/DB.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Analysis and Integration Services and Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Experience with Power BI or other BI platforms; ERD reading/writing.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and scale robust BI systems, structures, and tools.
• Oversee data warehouse design and end-to-end data pipelines in Azure.
• Utilize Python, R, and MS SQL/NoSQL to clean, transform, model, and analyze data.
• Deliver high-impact BI reporting and interactive dashboards.
• Model data relationships, design ERDs, and map integrations using Azure services.
