Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent extensive experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of professional backend development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Java, Python, Go, or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases and message queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
