Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable backend systems using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define software requirements and technical specifications.
• Implement automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for improved efficiency and user experience.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in software development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development , with a strong focus on backend technologies.
• Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or C#, and experience with relevant frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django, .NET Core).
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
