The role requires strong leadership, deep automotive knowledge, and excellent communication skills to motivate staff and maintain operational excellence in a busy workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Workshop Supervisor or Team Leader.
• Strong technical background with extensive knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in workshop management, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a workshop environment.
• Relevant automotive certifications or technical qualifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of automotive technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Ensure all vehicles are serviced and repaired efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor workshop performance, implementing strategies to improve productivity and reduce turnaround times.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and ensuring proper use of tools and equipment.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work and provide feedback to technicians.
• Assist with customer inquiries and technical problem-solving when necessary.
