Placements24 is seeking an experienced Site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations in the Queenstown area. You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate installation, repair, and preventative maintenance across multiple client sites, and ensure safety and quality.

This role focuses on optimizing team performance, resource management, and reliable service delivery to clients, with opportunities for leadership development and a clear path to supervisory bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within installation and maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of various equipment types and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules.
• Valid driver's license for site supervision and travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of maintenance and installation technicians.
• Plan and schedule daily work activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and personnel.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality of work and safety compliance.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Liaise with clients to address concerns and provide updates.
