Qualifications

• Proven experience in workshop management or supervisory roles.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and workshop operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS).
• Ability to manage staff, control costs and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workshop operations including scheduling, workflow and technician productivity.
• Lead, motivate and supervise the service team with performance feedback.
• Ensure repairs and maintenance meet high standards and timelines.
• Oversee inventory management and cost controls.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve complaints.
