Placements24 is seeking a Lead Architectural Designer for our client, a prestigious architectural firm in Sandton, Gauteng. This senior role leads design teams, conceptualizes groundbreaking designs, and drives the execution of projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, a master's degree in architecture, and expert software skills. You will mentor teams, collaborate with engineers and planners, and ensure compliance with codes and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent advanced degree.
• Minimum 10 years' architectural design experience with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating design aesthetic and delivery.
• Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and planning regulations in Sandton and Gauteng.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design process for a range of architectural projects from conceptualization to detailed design development.
• Mentor and guide a team of architectural designers and technicians.
