Requirements

• Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles, green building technologies, and their application in urban contexts.
• Proficiency in architectural design and urban planning software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, GIS, SketchUp).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate diverse teams.
• Experience with projects in Nelspruit or the Mpumalanga region is highly desirable.
