The role requires a strong portfolio in innovative, eco-conscious building design, with 10+ years of experience and a proven ability to manage multiple projects with stakeholders and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Registration with SAIA or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive architectural experience, with at least 3 years in lead/senior role.
• Proven experience in sustainable design and green building certifications (e.g., Green Star SA).
• Proficiency in industry-standard software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of SA building codes, zoning, and construction methods for SA.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Portfolio showcasing innovative and sustainable architectural projects.

Responsibilities
