NTT DATA in Johannesburg is seeking a Lead Architect to spearhead major architectural projects from concept through to completion in Randburg. You will lead design teams, coordinate with engineers, contractors and clients, and ensure quality, codes, and timelines are met.

The role requires a Registered Architect with SACAP, 10+ years of experience, and a proven leadership track record. A hybrid work model applies with opportunities to work on landmark projects in the Sandton area and beyond.

Qualificações

• You must be a Registered Professional Architect with SACAP.
• Minimum 10 years of architectural experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial, residential, or institutional projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage design teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, building codes, and project timelines.
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to the firm's technical development and best practices.
• Prepare design documentation, including drawings and specifications.
