Qualifications

Master's or PhD in ethics or policy with a technology focus.
Experience in policy development, governance, or related areas.
Strong understanding of AI concepts, fairness, bias, and transparency.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and refine AI ethics policies and governance frameworks.
Conduct ethical risk assessments and impact studies for AI initiatives.
Advise leadership and technical teams on ethical considerations, biases, and potential harms in AI systems.
Monitor evolving AI regulations and policy landscapes globally and advise on compliance strategies.
Create educational materials and conduct training sessions on AI ethics for employees.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement on ethical AI issues, both internally and externally.
Investigate and address ethical concerns or incidents related to AI applications.
Promote a culture of responsible AI development and deployment across the organization.
Collaborate with legal, R&D, and business units to integrate ethical principles into AI product lifecycles.
Research and report on emerging ethical challenges and best practices in AI.
