Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in laundry or housekeeping.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and products.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laundry operations and staff scheduling.
• Ensure laundry services meet highest standards per company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment; place orders as needed.
• Train and supervise staff to meet performance standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment for maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area in healthful condition.
• Create and maintain laundry schedules for crew members; ensure timely return of items.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints related to laundry services.
• Keep accurate records of laundry services, inventory, expenses, and revenue.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage to ensure seamless guest experience.
