The role requires 3+ years in restaurant or fast‑food service, strong management and organizational skills, and the ability to recruit, train, and motivate staff.

Qualifications

• Restaurant/fast‑food management experience required.
• MICROS experience and knowledge – Advantageous
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Customer service and good verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle team challenges.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing overall operation of the restaurant/take‑away.
• Ensuring quality standards of food and PEDROS SOPs.
• Overseeing stock control, purchasing and orders.
• Handling customer complaints and maintaining service levels.
• Maximising profitability and achieving sales/GP% targets; motivate staff.
• Manage staff including discipline and rosters; train and supervise.
• Work with team to drive restaurant forward and meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure daily opening and closing procedures are conducted.
• Lead marketing activities to promote promotions at the store.
• Manage customer service relations and timely handling of complaints.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training for staff development.
