Job summary

Labournet in Rustenburg invites a Labour Law Litigator to manage all ADR matters for clients, from investigation through arbitration, within a dynamic team. You will provide Labour Law advice, preside over disputes, draft correspondence to clients and unions, gather evidence, prepare witnesses, and represent clients at conciliation, arbitration and related proceedings.

Qualifications

You'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:
LLB or B-Degree in IR/Law/HR/Industrial psychology or related field
Admission as an Attorney or experience in CCMA/BC Dispute Resolution advantageous.
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities

Attend to all client matters and all phases of Labour Law ADR matters from investigation to arbitration.
Provide Labour Law advice to clients and preside over all Labour Law matters.
Draft correspondence to clients and unions; gather and analyse evidence; prepare witness testimonies.
Represent clients at conciliation, con/arb, and arbitration; update case status in the system.
Contribute to growth and client management of Labournet.
