• Experience in leading teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills and data governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scoping and delivery of customer and marketing research and insights.
• Design and maintain data frameworks and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Develop and implement governance for research methodologies and metrics.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Group Marketing and clusters.
• Drive real-time, data-driven insights and self-service analytics platforms.

Education

NQF Level 7 - Degree, Advance Diploma or Postgraduate Certificate or equivalent
