Job summary

Old Mutual South Africa is seeking a senior leader to drive the Knowledge and Insights capability, delivering actionable research and insights through a data-driven platform that tracks key metrics and supports strategy development across customer, brand and marketing functions.

The role leads Group Marketing’s strategy office to ensure coherent delivery across centres of expertise and collaborates with clusters across the Group.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years’ experience in defining and implementing research and insights capabilities is essential.
• Experience in managing teams.
• A relevant degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of the Knowledge and Insights capability.
• Deliver actionable research and insights through a data-driven platform.
• Lead Group Marketing’s strategy office for coherent delivery across centers of expertise.
• Coordinate with clusters across the Group and stakeholders throughout the research process.
• Define and report indicators and metrics in the Group Marketing Metrics Framework.
• Develop self-service analytics and dashboards for stakeholders.
