Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a certified Watersports Instructor to deliver kite surfing and wind surfing lessons at a scenic Richards Bay location. You will teach students of all ages, ensure safety, and foster progression while maintaining equipment and a positive learning environment.

The role requires strong communication, passion for watersports, and the ability to inspire and guide learners in changing conditions on the water.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid IKO/VDWS (or equivalent) kite surfing and wind surfing instructional certification.
• Proven experience teaching both kite surfing and wind surfing to varied ages.
• Strong focus on water safety, rescue techniques and weather awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging kite surfing and wind surfing lessons to individuals and groups.
• Assess student levels and tailor instruction to their needs and goals.
• Enforce safety procedures during lessons and supervise learners.
