Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, chop, and slice fruits and vegetables.
• Measure ingredients and help assemble or package meals and take-out orders. Wash and dry dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Sweep and mop floors, wipe down counters, and sanitize work areas.
• Unload food deliveries from trucks and store items safely in refrigerators, freezers, and pantries.
• Restock workstations with necessary supplies.
• Empty trash cans, replace garbage liners, and dispose of kitchen waste properly.
