Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in the related position.
• Basic knowledge of the various processes for food control and food handling.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware and return to storage.
• Maintain dish machine and ensure proper cleaning.
• Clean kettles, skillets, pots and pans promptly.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and health standards.
• Clean and dry spilled foods to prevent slips.
• Keep all surfaces clean at all times.
• Sweep and mop as needed.
• Deep clean walls, floors, freezers and chillers.
• Assist chefs in having items readily available.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere with guests and staff.
• Perform additional duties as requested by Chef or Sous Chef.
