Responsibilities

• Wash and properly store all kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, and cookware.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and equipment.
• Empty and clean bins, managing waste disposal in accordance with company policy.
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling vegetables and preparing ingredients.
• Receive and store deliveries, ensuring stock rotation and proper organization of the storeroom.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the kitchen environment.
