Our client, a busy restaurant in Bloemfontein , is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter / Dishwasher to maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of their kitchen operations. This vital role ensures that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized promptly, supporting the culinary team to operate smoothly and hygienically. Key Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and sanitize all dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to established hygiene standards .
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and equipment.
• Assist with basic kitchen tasks such as waste disposal, receiving deliveries, and organizing storage areas.
• Ensure adequate supply of clean dishes, cutlery, and glassware for service periods.
• Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Requirements
