Job summary

Smollan is seeking a dynamic Kiosk Supervisor for Twisp kiosk in Oudtshoorn to drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and create memorable customer journeys.

You will manage scheduling, staff training, and daily operations while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Matric / NQF Level 4 Equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience; supervisory experience a plus.
• Fluent in English; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive kiosk sales targets through direct selling and upselling.
• Lead the retail team: schedule, train, and motivate to hit daily goals.
• Oversee daily POS operations, cash handling, and reconciliations.
• Maintain stock levels, execute stock-takes and visual merchandising.

Are you a target-driven leader with a passion for exceptional customer service? Twisp is looking for a dynamic Kiosk Supervisor to drive sales, lead a high-performing retail team, and deliver unforgettable customer journeys!

What You’ll Do

• Drive Sales: Lead by example to achieve kiosk sales targets through direct selling and upselling.
• Team Leadership: Manage scheduling, conduct team meetings, train staff, and motivate the team to achieve daily goals.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily POS operations, cash/card handling, cash-ups, float management, and administration.
• Stock & Merchandising: Maintain optimal stock levels, execute accurate stock-takes, manage IBT transfers, and keep visual merchandising standards high.
• Standards & HR: Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company HR policies, and housekeeping standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Matric / NQF Level 4 Equivalent.
• Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience (supervisory experience is advantageous).
• Tech Skills: Computer literate with basic business administration skills.
• Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English with strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility: Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts as needed.
