Job summary

Qualifications

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Serve walk-in customers and provide accurate product advice on devices, e-liquids, coils, and accessories
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash, card, and mobile payments accurately
• Verify customer age in line with legislative requirements and company policy
• Receive stock, conduct stock counts, and report discrepancies
• Maintain product displays, pricing, and general store cleanliness
• Assist with basic device troubleshooting and coil replacements
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Complete daily cash-ups and sales reporting

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent
