Placements24 is seeking an Operations Support Administrator for our Kimberley hub in the Northern Cape. The role focuses on coordinating daily dispatches, managing inventory, and processing shipping documentation to ensure efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and effective at communicating with drivers, warehouse staff, and management. Full-time position based at the Kimberley hub with opportunity for growth.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in operations administration, logistics, or warehouse support.
• Understanding of logistics processes and supply chain operations.
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics software.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide admin support to operations management at Kimberley hub.
• Coordinate daily dispatch, driver assignments, and route planning.
• Oversee inventory tracking and stock accuracy.
• Process shipping docs, manifests, and delivery confirmations.
• Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff and partners to resolve issues.
• Maintain records and generate KPI reports (delivery times, costs).
• Communicate hub status to clients and head office.
• Assist with procurement of operational supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff.
