Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or similar admin role.
• Understanding of shipping procedures and transportation modes.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving attitude.
• Familiarity with Kimberley area transport networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track shipments from origin to destination.
• Schedule and manage transportation with carriers, negotiating rates where applicable.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding shipment status.
• Resolve any logistical issues or delays that may arise during transit.
