Placements24 seeks a compassionate Social Worker to join a community-focused team in Kimberley, providing direct services, counseling, and resource navigation to individuals and families facing social challenges within the Northern Cape.

You will collaborate with local agencies, advocate for vulnerable populations, and maintain ethical records while delivering case-managed care in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Registered Social Worker with SACSSP is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of social work experience, preferably in community settings.
• Strong knowledge of welfare systems, resources, and relevant legislation.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct client assessments to identify needs and plan support.
• Provide individual and group counseling to clients.
• Connect clients with community resources and services.
• Develop and manage case plans and monitor progress.
