Qualifications

Finance, Law, Business Administration or related degree from a recognised institution.
3–5 years’ experience in a Back/Middle Office or Finance environment.
English and Spanish proficiency (mandatory).
Proficiency with AI tools, MS Office, Excel and Word.
Independent, accurate and efficient working style with a collaborative approach.
Strong analytical and organisational capabilities.
Interest in impact investing.

Responsibilities

Draft contractual documents with senior staff and legal support.
Manage continuous investment administration with cash flow tracking and legal documentation.
Coordinate with the Custody Bank for disbursement execution.
Execute foreign exchange trades in deliverable and non-deliverable currencies.
Coordinate with Investment Officers and investees to track constitutional, legal, financial and regulatory documentation.
