We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Junior Technical Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is passionate about technology, innovation, and building consumer-facing digital products.

Working within a fast-paced fintech environment, you will play a key role in supporting the development and enhancement of customer-facing applications, collaborating closely with developers, designers, product teams, and business stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and wants to build a long-term career in technology project management.

You will not be responsible for coding or software development but will be involved in project coordination, requirements gathering, testing, process design, and ensuring successful delivery of technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology projects.
• Work closely with development teams, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders to support new product and feature development.
• Participate in gathering, documenting, and analysing business and technical requirements.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and customer experiences.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Create project documentation, process maps, and reports.
• Ensure attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle to minimise errors and rework.
• Bachelor's Degree in:
• Informatics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Science, mathematics or a related field
• 0–3 years of work experience.
• Strong academic record with a demonstrated interest in technology and digital products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
