Exceed Human Resource Consultants in Stellenbosch seeks a Junior Systems Analyst to support and train users across multiple information systems in our agricultural business. You will liaise between internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement.

Strong analytical and communication skills are essential; independent work and teamwork are both important. Power BI exposure and backend/frontend development experience are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.

• Knowledge of listed information systems is a plus.
• Certification in relevant systems and technologies is desirable.

Responsabilités

Junior Systems Analyst

The Junior Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing support, training, maintenance,
and acting as a liaison between the company and service providers for various information
systems used within our agricultural business. This role will require a deep understanding of
the systems, as well as the ability to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
between internal stakeholders and external service providers. Analyzing and identifying any
gaps within the departments and various systems to be addressed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Support:
   Provide first level support for the following information systems: Dipar Datagear,
   Peopleflow, Hubdoc, Payspace, Syft, Power BI, Mesh, Xero, Approval Max, Sign now,
   Netcash, Picsa, and Microsoft 365, Jotform.
   Troubleshoot and resolve system related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
   Maintain a detailed knowledge of each system to assist end users effectively.
2. Training:
   Develop and deliver training programs and materials for employees to ensure they
   have a solid understanding of the systems they use.
   Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance system proficiency.
3. System Maintenance:
   Regularly update and maintain the information systems, ensuring they are up to date
   and secure.
   Collaborate with IT and system administrators to implement patches, updates, and
   fixes.
4. Liaison with Service Providers:
   Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and external service providers for the supported systems.
   Coordinate communication and resolution of issues between the company and service providers.
5. User Access Management:
   Manage user access and permissions within the systems to ensure data security and compliance.
   Assist in creating and revoking user accounts as needed.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
   Generate reports and analyze system data using Power BI to provide insights and
   recommendations for improving system performance.
   Design and develop a reporting dashboard for management across the business.
7. Documentation:
   Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all supported systems,
   including user manuals and procedures.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. System Uptime: Maintain a high level of system uptime, with minimal downtime due to issues or maintenance.
2. Response Time: Respond to and resolve system-related issues within established timeframes.
3. User Satisfaction: Regularly gather feedback from end users and maintain a high level of user satisfaction with system support and training.
4. Training Effectiveness: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through post-training assessments and feedback from employees.
5. System Security: Ensure that all supported systems are secure and up-to-date, with no security breaches.
6. Resolution Time: Monitor and reduce the time taken to resolve system-related issues.
7. Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between the company and service providers.
8. Documentation Quality: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all systems.
