Job summary

Pedros Chicken in Umhlanga Rocks is seeking a Junior Store Manager to lead a frontline team and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will support the General Manager, drive sales, manage staff scheduling and stock control, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2–3 years in supervisory roles within QSR/retail, strong people leadership, and a hands-on, positive attitude. Flexible hours, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential).
• 2–3 years in supervisory/ junior management in QSR/retail/hospitality.
• Experience leading and managing teams.
• Strong customer service understanding.
• Experience with stock control and cash handling.
• Basic computer literacy and administrative skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Reliable transport.
• Clear criminal record.
• SA citizenship or valid work permit.
• Desire to build long-term operations career.
