Job summary

MyCareerCraft is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant in Sandton to manage client portfolios and provide expert consulting on retirement funds, governance, and group risk products. You will conduct risk assessments and advise on product structures, while preparing meeting packs and offering secretarial support.

The role requires strong communication skills, a client-centric approach, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in the South African employee benefits industry.
• Knowledge of retirement funds, group risk benefits, governance & legislation.
• Practical experience with freestanding funds.
• FAIS, RE1 / RE5 in progress or completed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, client-centric approach with ability to work independently & ability to manage deadlines in a fast paced environment.

• Conduct risk rebrokes and advise on product & structures
