• Experience as Junior Restaurant Manager or similar in fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of professional F&B service and guest experience standards.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior management with daily restaurant operations, service preparation, opening procedures and closing procedures.
• Supervise front-of-house staff during service, weddings and tasting experiences.
• Welcome guests professionally and resolve service concerns promptly, calmly and courteously.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, beverage and events teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist with reservations, guest flow and service planning for services up to 140 guests.
• Support stock control, beverage management and general restaurant administration.
• Help train front-of-house employees in menu knowledge, service sequence, upselling and guest relations.
