• Learn to repair and service split systems, commercial refrigeration units, and ventilation systems.
• Ensure all work follows safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate service reports and logs of completed tasks.
• Assist with inventory management of parts and supplies.
• Provide polite and professional customer service when interacting with clients.
• Help maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Respond to service calls in and around Polokwane, Limpopo as directed by the service manager.
• Commit to ongoing learning and professional development in HVAC-R.

• Good problem-solving aptitude.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and at heights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver's license is required for travel within Polokwane, Limpopo and surrounding areas.
