RPO Recruitment’s client, a well-established Quantity Surveying consultancy, invites a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the Cape Winelands. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to gain exposure in a professional consulting environment and grow their career.

The role requires a QS degree or equivalent, 0–1 years’ experience, strong numerical and communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years’ experience in the Quantity Surveying field
• Basic knowledge of standard QS processes and principles
• Familiarity with QS software such as DimX, WinQS or similar will be advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word

Requirements:

• BSc/BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying preferred, or BTech in Quantity Surveying
• 0–1 years’ experience in the Quantity Surveying field
• Practical QS exposure will be advantageous, although no specific area of expertise is required
• Basic knowledge of standard QS processes and principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Familiarity with QS software such as DimX, WinQS or similar will be advantageous
• Valid driver’s licence with own reliable vehicle
• Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
