Job summary

Our client, an established farming operation located about 40 km outside Ceres in the Warm Bokkeveld, offers an excellent opportunity for a Junior Production Manager.

You will assist in coordinating apple, pear and onion production, supervise staff, and ensure production targets and quality standards are met in a safe working environment. A hands-on approach and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• Tertiary qualification in Agriculture advantageous.
• Experience in apple and pear production.
• Experience in onion production advantageous.
• Good computer literacy (MS Office).
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Strong leadership, proactive initiative.
• Good planning, organisation and problem-solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• A tertiary qualification in Agriculture will be advantageous.
• Experience in apple and pear production.
• Experience in onion production will be a strong advantage.
