Wanderlust Jewelry in Cape Town is seeking a Junior Office Administrator & Brand All-Rounder to join our in-office team. You will tell our jewelry stories, manage admin, and support sales through social media and customer interactions.

You’ll work closely with the founders, helping with orders, content creation, and audience engagement. A jewelry passion and eye for detail are essential for daily brand-building activities.

Qualifications

• A few years' experience in the jewelry industry, or relevant studies.
• Demonstrable social media experience—core to the role.
• Confident, friendly communicator across written and spoken channels.
• Natural seller who helps customers find the right piece.
• Comfortable with photography and creating visual content.
• Organised, reliable, able to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Genuine love for jewelry, design and sales.
• Full-time role based at our Cape Town office.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Sell to and connect with customers across email, WhatsApp, phone, and social media — building relationships and closing sales
