Job summary

Qualifications

• IT-related degree or equivalent.
• Experience or familiarity with enterprise networking environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and availability using management tools.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of routers, switches, wireless APs, and firewalls.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve connectivity issues.
