Managed People Solutions Pty in Northern Cape invites unemployed TVET graduates to join an 18-month internship as Junior Merchandisers in Hartswater. The programme focuses on hands-on merchandising duties, stock selection, shelf checks, and customer service, providing real workplace experience under seasoned professionals.

The stipend is R3,500 per month. Applicants should be under 28 and hold an N6 TVET Certificate (Management Assistant, Business Management, or Marketing Management) to apply.

Qualifications

• Under 28 years old.
• N6 TVET Certificate in Management Assistant, Business Management or Marketing Management.

Responsabilités

• Determine stock to be merchandised.
• Draw stock requirements.
• Check vintage, product quality on the shelf, stock rotation and price tags.
• Execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief.
• Feedback on customer complaints, queries and requests.
• Communicate and upkeep knowledge of product and promotions.
• Effectively record merchandising activities.
• Execute calls as per call cycle.
• Advise RSM on out-of-stock products.
