Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within healthcare and medical markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics and other customers.
• Present and promote medical printers, paper and solutions professionally and confidently.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations and demonstrations where required.
• Follow up on leads, quotations and sales opportunities.
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for additional business.
• Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information on the CRM system.
• Keep up to date on product knowledge, market developments and competitor activity.
• Attend exhibitions, conferences and relevant industry events when required.
• Work closely with internal sales, technical and management teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Provide regular sales activity and pipeline reports.
