Job summary

University of Fort Hare at Elandsfontein is seeking a Junior Maintenance Co-ordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Maintenance Department. You will coordinate quotations, job cards, suppliers and maintenance documentation to ensure smooth workflow.

The role requires solid organizational skills and MS Office proficiency; a relevant admin qualification is advantageous, with a driving licence considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• Qualification in Office/Business Administration or related field is advantageous.
• 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in maintenance or a technical environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); ERP or maintenance systems experience is advantageous.
• Driver’s license advantageous.
